GLASSMAN, Justice.

The defendant, Harold R. Estes, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Penobscot County, entered December 27, 1978, following a jury trial in which the jury found the defendant guilty of three counts of murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A), one count of attempted murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 152, and one count of kidnapping, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 301(1)(A)(4). The defendant raises numerous claims of error in the evidentiary rulings...
