This is an automobile no-fault insurance action. On December 24, 1976, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Klingaman were killed in an automobile accident. The accident occurred while Mr. Klingaman was driving his automobile in which his wife was a passenger. Mr. Klingaman's vehicle was insured with defendant Auto-Owners Insurance Company (Auto-Owners).
