TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for driving while intoxicated. After the jury found appellant guilty, the court assessed punishment at 10 days and a $500.00 fine. The court ordered that the period of confinement and $200.00 of the fine be probated.
