The Secretary of Labor brought this action against Hanioti Hotel Corporation and the other defendants for violations of the minimum wage and overtime compensation provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219. Now pending before the court is the Secretary's motion to amend the complaint. Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a). The Secretary seeks to add an additional basis for this court's jurisdiction...
