This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court for La Crosse County denying the defendant's motion to dismiss a criminal complaint against him. The complaint was issued on October 26, 1978, and alleges that the defendant sold one quarter of an ounce of cocaine for the sum of $595 to an agent of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation, on March 6, 1978.
