The sole issue presented in this appeal is whether a third-party claim against state employees for contribution as joint tortfeasors should be dismissed because no notice was served on the Attorney General pursuant to sec. 895.45, Stats. The circuit court's order denied the motion to dismiss the third party complaint, and we affirm the order.
