We granted the Petition and ordered the Clerk to issue an Alternative Writ of Mandate to the Boone Circuit Court and the Honorable Ronald E. Drury, as Judge thereof, commanding him to vacate and expunge the Order of December 28, 1979, denying Relators' Motion for Change of Venue from the County, and to grant change of venue from said County...
