WATSON, Justice.*

Defendant, Keith Allen Stephenson, was charged in two separate bills of information with possession of controlled dangerous substances. In one bill Stephenson was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966 A, and with possession of Phentermine with intent to distribute, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 A. By a second bill, defendant was charged with possession of Dextropropoxyphene...
