Appellants, David Crenshaw and Robert Brown, and three others who do not join in this appeal, sued appellees, Elizabeth Swenson and Swenson Corporation, for breach of fiduciary duty, commingling of partnership funds, violations of the Texas Real Estate License Act, and negligent construction of partnership property.
