HUNTER, Justice.

Defendant, Calvin Henderson, was convicted by a jury of robbery, Ind. Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.), and three counts of criminal confinement, Ind. Code § 35-42-3-3 (Burns 1979 Repl.), all of which crimes were class B felonies, and sentenced to twelve years' imprisonment for robbery and ten years' imprisonment for each count of criminal confinement, said sentences to run concurrently.
