In this worker's compensation case, Consuelo Pena Rendon is the appellant and Texas Employers' Insurance Association is the appellee. The jury found, inter alia, that Mrs. Rendon was injured in the course of her employment, and that the injury was a producing cause of 26 weeks of total disability and 122 weeks of partial disability.
