PER CURIAM.

John Miller appeals from a jury verdict convicting him of fraudulently smuggling, receiving, and facilitating the transportation of swordfish from Canada into the United States. He argues that his indictment failed to inform him adequately of the charges against him, that the district court erred in refusing to suppress the search and seizure of the fish, and that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction.
