OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE CRUMLISH, April 29, 1980:

The Unemployment Compensation Board of Review denied unemployment compensation benefits to Michael DeNofa pursuant to Section 402(b) (1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 finding that DeNofa had voluntarily terminated his employment without a necessitous and compelling reason. We affirm.
