OPINION

BYERS, Judge.

The defendant was convicted of possessing heroin with the intent to sell or deliver and sentenced to serve not less than ten (10) nor more than fifteen (15) years. A codefendant named Young was acquitted.

For issue, the defendant says the trial court erred in proceeding with the trial after the defendant absented himself therefrom, the evidence seized by a search warrant should have been suppressed because of false and reckless...
