Paul Bernard Heinz (defendant) was found guilty by a jury and convicted of Burglary Second Degree and Stealing, §§ 560.070 and 560.156 RSMo. 1969. The trial court found that he was subject to the Second Offender Act provisions, § 556.280 RSMo. 1969, and sentenced him to eight years for Burglary Second Degree and three years for Stealing, the sentences to run concurrently.
