The attorneys who represented Appellant in a divorce case obtained a summary judgment against their former client for a part of the fees claimed to be due for services rendered. The trial Court rendered judgment for hourly services performed, and severed the claim for fees based upon a percentage of the net value of property awarded to Appellant in the divorce suit.
