Plaintiff filed a condemnation petition requesting a power line easement across property owned by Edith T. Delisle and farmed by Herman Brands in New Madrid County, Missouri. The power lines and supporting structures had been constructed at the time of trial. The structure consisted of five double pole settings, 65 feet tall.
