Plaintiffs are New York residents who seek to recover damages for injuries suffered while they were living in Spain. The injuries allegedly resulted from the explosion of a can of "Raid" manufactured in Europe and sold in Spain by the defendant, Johnson Wax Europlant, B. V. ("Europlant"), a Dutch corporation.
