Merlin Joseph Lewis was adjudicated a delinquent child in proceedings had in the Juvenile Court of the Parish of Calcasieu on February 8, 1980. This judgment was based on a finding that Merlin had committed the following offenses: (1) LSA-R.S. 14:108(b), resisting arrest; (2) LSA-R.S. 14:63.3, entry on or remaining in places after being forbidden; and, (3) LSA-R.S. 14:38, simple assault.
