STEPHENSON, Justice.

Bernard Robertson was tried and convicted of second degree forgery, KRS 516.030, and attempt at committing theft by deception, KRS 514.040 and KRS 506.010. He was sentenced to a term of five years in the penitentiary on the forgery conviction and twelve months in the county jail on the attempt conviction.
