MAYS, Justice.

The only question presented by this appeal is whether three full terms of court expired before appellee was brought to trial in violation of his right to a speedy trial as defined by the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure. The circuit court dismissed the criminal charges against appellee after holding that his speedy trial right had been violated. We reverse.
