This suit for workmen's compensation benefits was brought by Cecile Morgan against Houston General Insurance Company1, her employer's workmen's compensation insurer. The defendant-insurer appeals a judgment of the district court in favor of plaintiff, awarding her benefits for total and permanent disability, plus penalties and a $5,000.00 attorney's fee.
