Plaintiffs in this action are twelve voter-taxpayers of School Administrative District No. 50 (S.A.D. 50), which consists of the towns of Thomaston, St. George, and Cushing. Plaintiffs seek a declaratory judgment that a June 19, 1979, district vote approving a bond issue for school construction was void, and request an injunction against any action based on that vote.
