The defendant-appellants, Court Rooms of America, Inc., an Indiana corporation, (the business of which is not identified in the record), Daniel and Peggy D. Roberts, appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellees, Alan and Susan Diefenbach, awarding them $30,600 as liquidated damages entered on the Diefenbachs' Motion for Summary Judgment.
