Appellants, defendants below, appeal from an adverse final judgment. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Palardy, purchased a motel in Hollywood, Florida. In doing so they assumed two existing mortgages and gave the sellers a purchase money mortgage.
