The defendant and one Mark D'Alo were jointly charged with manufacturing counterfeit slugs, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 491(b), and with a conspiracy to commit the same offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. On August 7, 1979 this Court granted a motion to suppress all the materials seized by the police on February 2, 1978 at the D'Alo Tool Co. as to this defendant and denied it as to Mark D'Alo.
