We grant the defendant-relator's application for writs.

Relator is the owner of certain immovable property in New Orleans, bearing Municipal No. 5236 Canal Boulevard, which it leased to the respondent for a term of five years ending March 31, 1980. Under the terms of the lease respondent had a right to renew for another five year term, but the lease requested that notice of intention to renew be sent to the lessor not less than six months before...
