Appellant, Rodolfo A. Reyes (Reyes) appeals from an order of the District Court of Maverick County sustaining Appellee Texas Employers Insurance Association's (TEIA) plea to the jurisdiction and plea in abatement and abating and dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice.
