GORDON, Justice:

Defendant Willie James Soloman, Jr., appeals from a judgment of conviction of first degree burglary1 and a sentence of thirty years to life imprisonment, defendant having been convicted of a prior felony.2 Taking jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-4031, we affirm.
