OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

Appeal follows conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery wherein the jury assessed punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Corrections.

In the propositions presented, appellant contends that the trial court's charge to the jury during the offense phase of the trial was fundamentally defective and that the trial court lacked "jurisdiction" over this cause in that the retired trial judge was over...
