Howard M. Ibbitson, a worker who was employed by the Sheridan Corporation (Sheridan), has appealed from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court (Kennebec County) affirming the Workers' Compensation Commission's decision on a Petition for Review of Incapacity filed by the employer.
