This is a suit to set aside a foreclosure sale made under the authority of a deed of trust. The case was tried to a jury, and the judgment was entered for the plaintiffs. Only Darrell C. Donaldson has appealed.

There is evidence that Jimmie Mansel and his wife purchased the house in question in this case from Donald Peck and his wife. As part of the consideration for said house the Mansels executed a note in the principal sum of $2...
