DALLY, Judge.

Cause No. 63,884 is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of aggravated perjury. The punishment assessed is imprisonment for ten years. Cause No. 63,885 is an appeal from an order revoking probation. In the case of the latter cause number the appellant had been convicted for the offense of felony theft; punishment of imprisonment for five years and assessed, but the appellant was granted probation.
