KELLY, Associate Judge:

Appellant appeals from his convictions on three counts of contempt of court, arguing that the trial judge erred in failing to recuse himself, sua sponte, from the contempt proceedings and that there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions. We find no error in the trial judge's failure to recuse himself. We do, however, agree that there was insufficient evidence to support one contempt conviction; consequently, we reverse that conviction...
