Plaintiff filed suit to enjoin defendant-bank from honoring a draft presented pursuant to a letter of credit issued to defendant, Woodlands of Huntington, Inc., on plaintiff's behalf. The trial court denied the injunction but ordered defendants to pay the funds into the registry of the court pending judicial determination of whether plaintiff was in default....
