OPINION

W. C. DAVIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Sec. 31.07, V.T.C.A. Penal Code. The appellant pled guilty to the offense, and the jury assessed his punishment at four years confinement.

Briefly, the evidence adduced at trial on September 18, 1978, is as follows: Don Hagan testified that a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am was missing from his car lot; James Roberts, a night attendant at a gas station testified...
