DUFFY, Justice:

Ernest H. Carter, Jr. (defendant) was convicted in the Superior Court of conspiring to promote the commission of a felony, namely, the delivery of a narcotic Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine), in violation of 11 Del.C. § 512,1 and he has appealed asserting four grounds for reversal of the judgment.
