The appellant, Annita Louise Kennedy, was convicted of the first degree murder of her husband, Charles Dwight Kennedy, and sentenced to life imprisonment. She now appeals her conviction on the ground that the admission of certain hearsay evidence, over defense objection, was erroneous and prejudicial to such a degree that it resulted in a denial of due process.
