MEMORANDUM

DENNEY, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case brought under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant discriminated against him because of his race. A nonjury trial1 was held and the following discussion constitutes the Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law.
