This is a dispute over the liability for payment of post-trial medical expenses under the Workmen's Compensation Law. This case was originally tried on May 25, 1973, and resulted in a finding that the plaintiff, Fred Goodman, was totally and permanently disabled from coal workers' pneumoconiosis.
