This is a workmen's compensation case.

On November 15, 1977 Bobby Gene Catrett, an employee of Sunnyland Foods, Inc., Dothan, Alabama, injured his back as he was loading a side of beef onto a truck. He was sent to Flowers Hospital in Dothan by his employer. At the hospital Catrett was seen by three physicians.
