This is a venue case involving Subdivisions 7 (fraud) and 29a (necessary parties) of Article 1995, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. On December 31, 1975, Plaintiff-Appellee Star Tex Propane, Inc. purchased a propane sales and distribution business from Lone Star Gas Co., an unincorporated division of Enserch Corporation, Inc.
