HOLMES, Judge.

This is a teacher tenure case.

The Mountain Brook Board of Education (the Board) cancelled the teaching contract of Mrs. Dorothy Greenberg, a tenured teacher. The Alabama State Tenure Commission (the Commission) sustained the cancellation. On writ of mandamus, the Circuit Court of Jefferson County affirmed the decision of the Commission.
