This is an appeal from a judgment which denied the plaintiff partnership any relief in its action seeking to set aside ad valorem tax assessments upon its mineral interests. Plaintiff sued Caldwell County ("County") and Lockhart Independent School District ("District"), and the respective officers thereof charged with the duty of assessing and collecting ad valorem taxes for such governmental units. It also sought to enjoin the levy of such assessments...
