KELLY, Associate Judge:

This case is before us for the second time.1 In this appeal, appellant Himmelfarb challenges (1) the trial court's dismissal of paragraph 8A of his complaint for failure to comply with the court's discovery orders2 and (2) the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees as to the remainder of the complaint. We affirm.
