Defendant-appellant (hereinafter appellant) appeals his conviction for assault in the third degree in violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes § 707-712(1)(a).

The issue presented on this appeal is whether there is sufficient evidence to support the conviction.

We affirm the conviction.
