Appellants, Roy and Mary Zimmer, appealed a declaratory judgment of the Circuit Court for Orange County interpreting the language of an endorsement entitled Florida Mandatory Endorsement (Sinkhole Collapse Coverage) in a homeowner's policy issued by appellee, Aetna Insurance Company.
