Defendant-Appellant (Husband) appeals from the various decrees which the lower court entered in this divorce case. Husband cites two primary issues for decision in this case:

1. Did the lower court abuse its discretion in awarding plaintiff-appellee (Wife) her interest in Husband's federal civil service retirement in the form of a single lump sum payment rather than as a percentage of each monthly payment payable as and when received?
