Henry E. Pace, plaintiff-appellee, filed suit against Parker Drilling Company1 seeking penalty wages and attorney fees pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:631 and 632.2 From a judgment in favor of plaintiff awarding $1,177.60 in penalty wages and $1,500.00 in attorney fees, defendant appeals. We affirm as amended.
