He alleged conversion of his automobile, repossessed by defendant Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford) for nonpayment under its financing agreement. After repossession and under its repurchase agreement, the automobile was transferred to the selling dealer, defendant Green Mountain Lincoln-Mercury (Green Mountain).
